CONSULTANT DIETITIAN ROLE LOCATED IN EAST TEXAS! CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

Pinnacle Nutrition Consultants, LLC is a consulting firm located in the Houston Texas metro area. We have clients in the following industries: behavioral health, home dialysis, Skilled nursing, Group homes, palliative care and rehabilitation. We also have a private practice, where clients come to our offices for nutrition and diet therapy.

Do you have a passion for improving the nutritional status of clients with rehabilitation needs. Dietitian needed to provide nutritional counseling and assessment for patients in skilled nursing and rehab.

• Registered dietitian required!!
• 3-5 years of experience preferred, Geriatric Health experience preferred. (CNSC is a plus!)
• Certified through Commission on Dietetic Registration Required.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good relationships with patients and their families.
• Provide nutrition care to patients who are unable to provide informed consent.
• Participate in developing, implementing, and updating nutrition policies and procedures.
• Use clinical judgment in determining short-term, long-term, and goal-based plans of care for patients who are receiving medical nutrition therapy.
• Advise others on healthy diet choices that effect one's health status and quality of life.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $38.00 per hour
